Good Afternoon Cheesy1’s,

Next week it will be time for the annual pilgrimage to Somerset for the Royal Bath & West show for the British Cheese Awards 2017. It will be my fourth year Judging and once again I’m excited for the offerings that will be there. The British Cheese Awards have received over 1,000 cheese entries with Judges itching to get their irons into the offerings. New for this year is the attendance of the Academy of Cheese which has 1 hour slots for Judges to delve into what it wants to achieve for its Students & the wider community. I will of course be staying in the Wookey Hole Hotel for my sleep the night before with its close proximity to Shepton Mallet it is perfect. I will post as much as I can while I’m in attendance and I hope that maybe I will see you there!
