This afternoon I was emailed by a lady called Brooke Magliozzi who works for the company based in Boston. Wayfair is an online furniture and décor store. Below is a short video describing what they do and the services they offer.
She had been searching the internet for cheese blogs and came across mine and commented “I’m absolutely blown away by your posts!” She said she would be more than happy for me to share their post for what they consider their ultimate cheese board but do bare in mind that some of the cheeses are American so we might not be able to get them here in the UK. Nonetheless its an excellent post with handy graphics depicting what to pair the cheeses with and what is best at seasonal times of the year.
