Hello to all my Cheese & Chocolate readers!

I know I said that I would be providing a Willie’s Cacao article but I shall be writing it in collaboration with Willie Cacao so it may just take a bit longer. It will take a bit longer but it will be worth the wait, we just need the chocolate to melt first!
