Biogere is a “um fórum de discussão…mas agora é outra coisa…” (discussion forum … but now it’s something else …) that has featured me a couple of times now. Portugal has become my 3rd highest viewing country and continues to push my views up all the time. I can tell you through my blog that I”m so excited that soon I’m going to be in the possession of a cheese that looks like this:

I don’t know about you but my oh my does this cheese look tasty. As soon as I receive this cheese I will try it and come up with some serving ideas and I will post all my findings on here. I cannot wait to support the CARDOP (Cardoon Thistle & DOP protection combined) on a wider scale and to be one of if not the first to try it in the UK, then I will give them as much support as I can. Once I have received the cheese I will do a full article and review it to you all.
